The DISC Behavioral Style Model was developed over 75 years ago and has become one of the most widely-used tools for understanding behavioral differences among people.

The DISCovery Seminar™ draws from each participant’s personal DISC profile to help them see where they’re similar and different from others in their group.

Through discussion, exercises and examples, each member of the group learns more about their own style. They learn the keys to better communication with one another… and with prospects and current clients.

After taking an online assessment, team members receive a profile that categorizes their style using the DISC traits: 

  • Dominance: direct, demanding and competitive
  • Influence: sociable, people-oriented, “life-of-the-party”
  • Steadiness: patient, persistent, sympathetic
